Job Summary

We are seeking Data Annotators to work on cutting-edge LLM and Generative AI projects. This role involves creating, evaluating, and refining datasets that help train state-of-the-art AI models in natural language processing, code generation, content moderation, and multi-turn conversation tasks.

This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented individuals passionate about language, logic, and technology to contribute to the next generation of AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Annotate and label large volumes of text-based data according to project guidelines
• Review, verify, and correct model-generated outputs (e.g., from chatbots or code generators)
• Evaluate the relevance, accuracy, and coherence of AI responses
• Write prompts and sample outputs for LLMs (e.g., question-answer pairs, summaries, explanations)
• Flag and report data quality issues or ambiguous edge cases
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams and annotation leads to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Follow domain-specific instructions for specialized annotation tasks (e.g., medical, legal, financial)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in Linguistics, English, Computer Science, Social Science, or any relevant field
• Strong command of English grammar, spelling, and syntax
• Excellent reading comprehension and writing skills
• High attention to detail and consistency
• Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, or NLP concepts is a plus
• Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Google Sheets, or annotation platforms (e.g., Labelbox, Prodigy, LightTag)
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and work independently or in teams

Preferred Experience (Optional but Valuable)

• Prior experience with text annotation or content review tasks
• Familiarity with LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models
• Background in technical writing, copyediting, or QA/testing
• Domain knowledge in areas like medicine, law, finance, or coding
• Experience in prompt engineering or model evaluation
