Job Context

Intellisane AI Ltd is a fast-growing AI/ML company serving international clients across Computer Vision, Generative AI NLP, Audio, and 3D data domains. We work with startups, scale-ups, and enterprises worldwide, delivering high-quality, secure, and scalable annotation services through trained in-house teams. To accelerate our growth, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive who will play a key role in acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the new client acquisition cycle from qualified lead handover to deal closure
  • Work with inbound and internally generated outbound leads provided by marketing and lead-generation teams
  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand client requirements, scope, budget, and timelines
  • Present Intellisane AI’s data annotation services and solutions clearly to prospective clients
  • Prepare and manage: Business proposals, Pricing documents, Statements of Work (SoW)
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close new business deals
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Coordinate with technical, operations, and delivery teams for smooth client onboarding
  • Build professional relationships with new clients to encourage repeat business and upsell opportunities
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new-client and revenue targets
  • Maintain a proactive, ownership-driven approach in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • MBA or professional sales certifications are a plus

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in: Business Development, B2B Sales, Client Acquisition
  • Experience in AI services, IT services, SaaS, or data-related companies will be an advantage
  • Proven ability to close new B2B clients

Additional Requirements

Communication & Language

  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to confidently communicate with international clients via email and video calls

Tools & Software

  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience using CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: BDT 25,000 – 45,000 (Negotiable based on experience and performance)
