Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to any paid plan and are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your first charge and we will issue a complete refund — no questions asked.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Intellisane AI Ltd. offers a 7-day full refund on all new paid subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Business, Enterprise) — for both monthly and yearly billing cycles.

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the charge date. No justification required.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the charge.
  • The refund applies to the most recent charge only — not previous billing cycles.
  • The account must not have been suspended for Terms of Service violations.
  • Refunds are available once per customer account. Repeated refund requests for the same plan are not eligible.

3. Renewals and Ongoing Subscriptions

After the 7-day refund window, subscription renewals are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your billing date from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription.

Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period. You retain access until the end of the period you've paid for.

4. Yearly Plans

For yearly subscriptions, we may offer a prorated refund of remaining unused months at our discretion, subject to:

  • The request is submitted within 30 days of the yearly charge.
  • A minimum of one month's fee will be deducted as a service usage fee.
  • Prorated refunds beyond the 7-day window are considered case-by-case and not guaranteed.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Monthly plan requests made after the 7-day window.
  • Accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations.
  • Charges for add-ons, overages, or one-time fees (if applicable).
  • Partial months of service after cancellation.
  • Plan downgrades (the price difference is not refunded).

6. How to Request a Refund

Email us at teams.ialbh@gmail.com with subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your registered email address.
  • The date of the charge.
  • A brief reason (optional).

We process refund requests within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the credit.

7. Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are initiated by us through Paddle and returned to your original payment method. Paddle's refund terms may also apply.

If you have a billing dispute, you may also contact Paddle support directly.

8. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving all billing issues fairly and promptly.
