Terms of Service

By accessing or using Intellisane AI Ltd.'s annotation platform at intellisane.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users including workspace owners, managers, and annotators.

Intellisane AI Ltd. provides a cloud-based data annotation platform for labeling images, videos, audio, text, and other media for machine learning and AI projects.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method through Paddle, our payment processor (Merchant of Record).

• Fees are charged at the start of each billing period in USD.
• Paddle handles all applicable taxes and international payment processing.
• You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes on third-party rights.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the platform's source code.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without written permission.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform.

You retain full ownership of all data, files, and annotations you upload ("User Content"). By using the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your User Content solely to provide the Service.

We will never sell, license, or share your User Content with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

All intellectual property rights in the Service — including software, design, trademarks, and documentation — belong to Intellisane AI Ltd.. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intellisane AI Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
