Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Intern to support our business development and sales teams. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who are motivated, eager to learn, and interested in AI services and international sales.

You will gain practical experience in client communication, lead management, proposal support, and CRM tools while working closely with experienced sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in handling leads and maintaining communication with prospective clients
• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and pricing documents
• Help maintain and update CRM systems for accurate tracking of leads and opportunities
• Research potential clients, market trends, and competitors under guidance
• Support follow-ups with leads and clients via email, phone, or video calls
• Assist in reporting sales activities, lead status, and performance metrics
• Learn the end-to-end sales process and contribute ideas to improve client acquisition

Educational Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Marketing, Management
• Computer Science / IT (preferred but not mandatory)

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and Microsoft Office
• Basic understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus
• Eagerness to learn and take ownership of tasks
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Interest in AI, data services, or technology sectors

Internship Details

• Duration: 3–6 months (extendable based on performance)
• Location: Bhola, Bangladesh (Hybrid – Office & Remote)
• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Hours: Flexible; minimum 40–45 hours per week
